Welcome to TruthDotCom, a place where truth and hope converge. We’re thrilled to have you here!
Today, I stand as a testament to the power of faith, resilience, and the unyielding human spirit. At 49 years old, I’m a single guy from Kentucky with a deep love for people, truth, and the God who created this beautiful planet we call Earth.
I grew up in a financially poor but richly blessed home, surrounded by a loving and close-knit family who instilled in me faith and morals. My school years were challenging, and my academic performance was modest, but I cherished the lessons I learned outside the classroom. My hero, my Dad, passed away when I was 17, and from there, life took a difficult turn. I fell into the grip of addiction and alcoholism, which led to multiple prison sentences and periods of homelessness.
In my late 30s, after one of my stints in prison, I resolved to change my life. Initially, my plan was to yo-yo between freedom and incarceration to avoid parole, but life had other plans. I met a girl, and together we embarked on a journey to get clean. That was over a decade ago. Although our relationship didn’t last, it blessed me with three wonderful children, and I am proud to say that I have been clean ever since.
For the past 11 years, I have worked for the same company, rising to a management position, and I continue to walk the path of recovery every day. Through TruthDotCom, I aim to share my journey, offer hope, and provide a sanctuary where others can find inspiration and support.
Thank you for visiting TruthDotCom. Together, we can navigate the complexities of life and find light in truth.
